Since my wife began dieting in march,our whole household has had to live healthier and it is definitely addictive. I have begun walking with her in the evenings and find that i miss it a lot on those nights that we can’t walk.
I also have found that a lot of the bad foods we used to eat make me sick if i sneak them in.(mcburgers in particular)
as for writing, I know I am much more productive if I feel good. a well rested and happy body lead to a happy mind.

I know the feeling. I hadn’t had fast food from a major chain for years, and a friend bought me a McGriddle… I felt horribly sick afterward.
With my wife, we’re doing two different routes. She’s going yoga and Quong for her exercise. I’m doing free weights, an exercise bike, and general flexes and crunches. Not sure which is better but I think in the long term I’m burning more calories and building a better metabolism.
